LF-4300 TF is a no clean rework flux for PCB repair. It can also be used for BGA and flip chip attach. This is a very clever formula. In is a no clean that can be cleaned with water. One in 10 boards in the US use water wash paste because they must be clean. These are conformal coated, military, medical, industrial, microwave and companies that just don?t want residue on a Printed Circuit Board. This is the answer; it can be cleaned or not cleaned. A switch hitter and the only such formula on the market today!!!

? Works well in convection and vapor phase processes

It is designed to reactivate the surface of metal layers and prepare them to wet to solder. It is designed to work with Tin Lead and No Lead Alloys (62/36/2, 63/37, SAC305, SAC405) that reflow in the temperature range of 220 ? 280oC. Solder reflow can be done with a soldering iron, a profiled oven, a hot plate or other technique that melts the solder in less than 1-2 minutes above liquidus.

Packaging generic 10cc syringe is standard, but cartridges, other syringe types and jars are available on request
