NC-560-LF Solder Paste

This is a lead-free, no-clean, halide-free solder paste. Field reports are consistant and show that is prints very well, it has a wide profiling tolerance and it wetts well. It is a great general use paste.
It is suitable on all Printed Circuit boards including ENIG (Gold), OSP, HASL and immersion silver boards.
LF4300 Solder Paste

it is a synthetic flux based solder pastes that is a no-clean but can be water washed! Pupular in mulitary applications. it can be cleaned using standard aqueous cleaning systems without saponification. It is a RELO classified paste.
NC-599-ASM

This is a Tin lead, no clean solder paste. It has a UV tracer to make inspection easy. This product is designed for manual or semi-automatic stencil printing and has no oder.

SynTECH-LF has been formulated to work with leaded and lead free alloys. It has excellent print, reflow and wetting characteristics. The residue is very light colored and can be removed with solvents if the user wants.
RMA-259-HT 10/88/2
RMA-259HT 10/88/2 is a solder paste designed for component manufacturing. It is an RMA and can be cleaned with solvent based cleaning solvents or Kyzen, Zestron like cleaning solutions.
Amtech’s RMA-259HT 10/88/2 is designed for printing. It reflows well and produces nicely wetted fillets.
