Luer

Many valves also have Luer fittings and can use this adaptor

Instructions for use in valves and syringes.

Most syringes and many valves come with Luer fittings. There is an adaptor to fit the ceramic dispense tips to these fittings.

It requires no tools, 100% hand twist. If the adaptor becomes glued together, the CLT Cap is made from Aluminum and it will break first. This means a relatively cheap part can be broken away and preserve your more expensive machined part. CLT Caps can be purchased alone or with the adaptor
The adapter is a high quality part with careful use, should last for years.

Asymtek Equipment

Asymtek DV7000 and DV8000 comes in two types

The OCI Ceramic nozzles are used with the DV-8000. There are 2 styles of cartridges for this valve. These are both shown here.

The OCI nozzles require a “hub mount”. This is shown in a close up here. The tab to the right is slightly longer than the thickness of the hub. There are 3 ways to overcome this issue

There is a special cap to address. Ask for availability and cost (minor)
this or the tab can be reduced using a grinding wheel.
Any O-ring on top will take up the space

Camalot

Camalot requires a cap to compensate for a thinner hub in the dispense tip

The Camalot mounting is the same, with the same issue and the same solutions.
